Mandy is the so-called "mean girl" and Clover's arch-nemesis and rival. She's one of the most popular girls at Beverly Hills High and thinks highly of herself. Mandy's rivalry with Clover is the most pronounced. They compete over boys, popularity contests, bragging rights, the latest fashions, and virtually everything else. Mandy will go out of her way to annoy the girls and get them in trouble. She believes she's the best at everything, enjoying enraging people although she's easily frustrated.
