So why was he here?

Despite not being able to identify him, he was still obviously antisocial.

He'd jump up when someone accidentally touched him or came up to him, immediately running away and hiding behind the crowd of people.

His hair was a mess and his white mask was barely seeable from his hair. His classic black suit blended in with the crowd much to his delight.
