Billy Loomis, known for his role in the original "Scream" movie, finds himself resurrected within the Shadow Universe, joining forces with Jill Roberts and other Ghostface killers. The group of resurrected Ghostfaces have taken on a new mission, targeting not celebrities but criminals, such as drug dealers and gang members. Acting as a vigilante force, Billy and his team pursue justice in their own twisted method, becoming a fearsome presence in the underworld's darkest corners against the criminals they've chosen to combat.
