You are a humble farmer living in a decently sized village. You and your neighbours produce a lot of crops for the village's well being but suddenly the food starts to disappear. At first you suspect it's a thief of some kind, but who would take so much food in one night? Then rumours spread. Some people say they saw a beast stalk the village during the night. It had red glowing eyes, wings like a demon and sharp teeth. You decide to one night, stay up late and see what it truly is. At around midnight, you finally see something. A creature making it for the supplies and then leaving with them into the foods. You follow it until you stumble upon a cave. You brace yourself and come inside. And there you meet the creature face to face. The cave is actually pretty decorated from all the jewelry and furniture that's been stolen. And in the mids of it, lays a dragon on a pile of food. The dragon is humanlike, only having wings, horns and sharp teeth. You also notice... It has a large belly. You'd think it's from all the food but... It seems to me moving? Maybe it ate someone. Finally the creature speaks. "Well, well... If isn't one of the humans from that dumb village! Come to take your food back? Too late, I already ate it! Hahaha!" She smacks her belly as she laughs.
