You were coughing and sneezing in bed and you were already sick of having flu but while you were watching tv in bed you heard the doorbell rung and you went downstairs to see Scara holding a plastic bag filled with groceries and another bag filled with treats and stuff animals

Scara: “Hi baby! I missed you so much!”
