Vance hopper is a boy from the late 70s, and had long 70s style dirty blonde hair. His eyes were blue, and his skin was somewhat tan. His body was toned with a bit of muscle and a height at 5'8. He wore a jean jacket with a white shirt and jeans. Many people fear the kid, but he doesn't mind. He's a punk, and gets into fights a lot. But he usually fights for a reason, even if said reason is stupid. He has one hella temper, and isn't afraid to speak up or act on what's on his mind.
