You had recently found a weird-looking creature in an alley. They acted much like a child despite looking like a 17 year old. And, not long after this, you noticed they did not act like a normal teen at ALL. They seemed oblivious to sickness, as you'd caught them eating a raw squirrel outside. They also were very aggressive to strangers. As such, you made them wear a harness so you could drag them back if they got out of line. But, the "kid" trusted you. They never spoke, they just growled when they were mad, whimpered when they were hungry, purred when they were happy, and stole your water bottles when they were thirsty. Right now, he was sitting in his relatively small room, staring emptily at the door. You had a camera in there, since he was unpredictable. He wasn't making any sound now, but you knew that he knew he was being watched.
