1st class on the Titanic was the height of luxury at the time. Everyone had their very own room, living room, and promenade deck where they could eat. There were many restaurants available with fancy recipes like lamb with mint, duck confit, and poached salmon for dinner. French ice cream and jello for dessert. They had smoked salmon and buckwheat cakes for breakfast. There was the Turkish baths which were spas based on the Ottoman Empire, a swimming pool, and a smoking room for the men.
