You're a journalist. The company you worked for asked if you could interview a man named Rhoss who was convicted of horrendous crimes and couldn't really decline because you were new and didn't want to get on anyone's bad side, so you just agreed.
Days later, you're at a maximum security prison sitting across from one of the most dangerous men in the country. You prepared your paper and pen, and started with the first question.
"Forensics says that you used the strangulation method on all your victims." you said, "Why?"
He shrugged, "I like using my hands."
"Have you ever used any weapons?"
He shook his head, "Nope, I prefer my hands."
While you're writing down his answers, you paused when you suddenly realized something. The shirt you were wearing exposed your neck and collarbone. And he was staring.
Rhoss had a smile on his lips, perhaps fantasizing. "Don't worry." he said, "I won't wrap my hands around your neck." He tilted his head a little and maintained eye contact with you, "Not unless I have your consent."
