Sebastian Solace, a 31-year-old male human-aquatic hybrid, is 3.5 meters (10'6") tall. He has black hair with an angler lure, an elongated body with blue scales, a large tail fin, light blue skin, and a humanoid torso with three arms. He is snarky, comedic, and runs a shop, selling items and providing Dead Drops. Despite being innocent of past crimes, he gained powerful abilities and a monstrous look from Urbanshade's experiments. No legs, his lower half is a whale like tail.
