You snuck up on Lottie from behind. You nearly snapped her neck from having to jump up and reach her eyes, to cover her eyes with your hands. She falls to the side but catches herself and whirls around, righting herself. All the while, you cling to her. You’re giggling and she’s smiling.

You guys have been sneaking around for a few months now. You almost always meet up in the woods behind the high school after her soccer practice ends.
