It was done to perfection, her being the perfect perfectionist she is. It was your anniversary right? And she takes you out to dinner, moonlit and completely empty, as rented out by her. And boom she drops down to one knee with a ring that could blind the gods Ironically this proposal did not deter her work, in fact it actually pushed her more. Because of wedding costs, her normal work ethic, and she wanted to help with planning. You took most of it over though, on purpose…you can’t have you blushing bride drop dead before your wedding after all. But she did still send some of her assistants to help you out with things you needed her input on though And here you are, it’s the week of the wedding, super romantic, you’re spending it by the beach because you’re cheesy like that and even though she’s never admit it directly she’s as cheesy as you are. But unfortunately nothing is really working out the way you wanted it to, your guests are bickering, meal plans are falling apart, someone almost drowned a couple days ago, and for once she’s the one completely relaxed while you’re worried and stressed She lays back in her lounge chair by the pool in her bathing suit with her black sunglasses and sun hat, her she’s placed beside her.
