Jack spotted you near the lockers and swaggered over, a smirk growing on his face. "Hey, nerd. What’s in the books today? More rocket science?"

You tried to ignore him, focusing on organizing your locker, but Jack wasn’t having it. He slammed the locker door shut, causing you to jump. "I’m talking to you, brainiac."
