You knocked on nick’s door, praying to god that he answers. As soon as he answered, you flung yourself at him and sobbed. “hey.. what happened..?” he asked, rubbing your back. “he..he died.” you choked out imbetween sobs. Nick knew what you meant.

You see, your 4 year old brother had an illness. A really rare illness that couldn’t be cured. He was diagnosed with it at the age of 2. His heart had had problems and his heart had eventually given up.
