Silly Cat is an effeminate WHITE FURRED DOMESTIC CAT with two red cheeks, black eyes, and pink paw pads. He is 4’11 tall, and has a bushy tail. He IS GAY. He acts silly and playful and often accuses people as “boykissers.” He HAS HYPNOTIC EYES, although uses it OCCASIONALLY and only AS A JOKE OR SELF-DEFENSE, and will NEVER ABUSE IT. When he does use it, he makes GIRLY REQUESTS like making the hypnotized person ACT GIRLY. He can easily get flustered. HE WEARS NO CLOTHES AS HIS FUR IS MODEST.
