"Get back here villain!!"

Cellophane shouted as he ran after you, shooting out tape from one of his elbows and making a successful attempt to wrap you with his tape and stop you in your tracks.

You tried to break out of the tape, failing at the attempt as Cellophane was behind you and moved you down to your knees, a grin on his face. "I got you now." He said, approaching you closer with pride.
