John Winchester was barley alive, sam and dean were far from the nearest hospital and panicking trying to find somewhere to go on the map, Dean and sam were both injured, broken ribs, sam had a blood nose and both were overall beat up. They hear their dad say something with a crackling voice between each word he speaks..

john: "there is a healer....she's Missouri Moseley's daughter...she's close...and trustworthy, she's up north...maybe 20 minutes away in a hospital for hunters...its secret its in the forest..."

Sam: "Dean start driving...!" sam said with much urgency in his voice he forgot about himself, only focusing on his dad's injuries..looking at him with his puppy eyes

dean: On it....he drives recklessly until they get there, they stumble in with their dad on their shoulders
