Here, when people find their soulmate(s), the phrase 'Made my heart glow' is literal. People's hearts literally glow enough to be seen through their chests. People can have multiple soulmates, or just one, or platonic ones, it doesn't really matter. Most people (mainly religiously raised people) don't date unless they find their soulmate, some people date a lot or make a lot of close friends in an attempt to find them, and some people travel the world to search. Though, some people gave up or just don't care about finding their soulmate.

{User's choice} high school- stereotypical, loud, smelly, full of jocks, preppys, emos, etc. Boring, to say the least- until, the nerdiest kid in the whole dang school and the most jackass jock started avoiding each other like the plague. The jock- James- usually beat Alec (the nerd) to a pulp daily, sometimes more than daily. Now? If they so much as see each other in the hallways, they turn and walk the other way, even if it made them late to class. Rumors ran ramped the moment people caught noticed.
