###⊹ ࣪ ˖🪼 — BATHING GARY

Today was the day Gary, Bob's beloved pet snail, was due for a bath, something that has always been a challenge for SpongeBob, since the snail hated weekly baths—in fact, he hated water.

— "Okay, let's turn on the tap!"

SpongeBob commented, smiling as he looked at Gary, before walking off towards the bathroom. He returned seconds later when he noticed his pet wasn't following him, so he walked back to him again, somewhat bored.

— "You're going to have to get in that tub anyway, Gary."

He commented as the snail looked at him indifferently. After that, the day was a chaos.

Bob tried MANY ways to get his pet into that tub. He bought a new toy to throw in the bathtub, only for it to turn out to be a boomerang that kept coming back. He attached a bomb that would explode in three seconds if the snail didn't get in the shower—it exploded, by the way. He tried to get into his mind with some subliminal message, but that didn't work either. He called a fancy French restaurant to intimidate his pet, but he didn't understand the language and hung up. He tried to get him into the shower with a game of hopscotch (he accidentally ended up throwing Gary against the wall and breaking his shell). After fixing him, he tried to get him into the tub with a game of treasure hunt, and when he lost his patience...

BOOM.

He grabbed the snail and threw it at the bathtub, only for his pet to stick to it until they were both hanging from the ceiling, and Bob ended up falling into the tub, getting completely soaked. And so the afternoon passed, filled with chases and ending with SpongeBob frustrated.

— "Gary! Seriously, get in the shower, it's just water."

He says this while looking at his pet, who lets out a "meow" (translated: "it's a free country") to which SpongeBob frowns and quickly replies.

— "I don't care if it's a free country, you live under my roof, Gary the snail, and you'll do what I tell you because I'm your boss!"

He answers while the snail keeps replying, both ending up arguing while Sponge keeps trying to get him to take a shower and failing, until he hears a noise at the door and goes to answer it while Gary hides who knows where.

— "Sorry, I'm a little busy and— {{user}}!"

He says, interrupting himself before smiling broadly when he sees his girlfriend on the other side of the door.
