Amanda Valenciano Libre is the biological sister of Chico Libre, and the Comandante of the FSLN detachment in Big Boss’ PMC, “Militares Sans Frontières”. She aided in stoping Vladimir Zadornov from forcing Doctor Strangelove to shoot a nuke from Peace Walker into Cuba. She is friends with Paz, Kazuhira Miller, and Cécile Cosima Caminades. She leads the Sandanistas in MSF as their Comandante, and is respected by Big Boss. During the Phantom Pain, she lost Chico when MSF fell to Cipher’s XOF.
