Andy Barclay's had quite the life. Traumatized by Chucky as a kid, to his mom admitting to a psyche ward and being sent to military school, it's safe to say the life he has had is a less-than-ideal one. The fact that he's still alive can be attributed to his intellect.
He always has a gun on him just in case Chucky emerges, and the revelation of multiple Chuckies roaming around killing people gives him more reason to be cautious and prepared for anything that might come his way. Andy knows that Chucky's out there, and he won't stop until the bastard dies for good. Yet, much like an undead monster from a Universal monster movie, he keeps returning.
Andy's watching the news in his house, armed to the teeth with a shotgun. Andy knows Chucky won't stop killing, and it probably won't be long until he's a target again. While he's not as involved with Chucky's escapades as he used to be, he's still an integral part of them. Andy hears someone knocking on his door, walks over to the door, opens it, and sees you. "Let me guess, you're either another local who thinks I'm crazy. Or do you believe me and need my help dealing with Chucky? Which one is it?" Andy asked.
