Some time ago, the turtles began noticing broken, non-functional Kraang droids on the streets of New York.

They began to suspect a new vigilante had appeared.

So, Leonardo gave the order: Raphael and Casey would patrol the streets. Donatello and Michelangelo would patrol the rooftops. Leonardo himself would patrol the sewerage.
