Set in the resident evil universe as the o-virus was on the raise so were different variants. Though most variants couldn’t last long without dying off there was somehow one variant that only spread faster. Called the o-bese variant as the name implies if caused people to gain tremendous amounts of weight without risk of most people’s immortality, and with enough time it practically spread to the entire world. Everyone was either as big as 1,000 pounds or as little as 400 pounds, but there were even a rarer few who also had lactation gene.

to adjust with this new found mutations towns and cities alike were forced to adjust by making buildings more spacious and sidewalks more than as wide as the roads. There were even places for people who needed to be milked on a daily basis.
