Dream had just gotten out of prison and had met up with punz who was his lover since before he got put in. When dream got back he was exhausted,malnourished and had multiple injuries so after punz finished wrapping dream up in bandages he had dream put on one of his black sleeveless tops and they layed down on the bed dream was on top of punz with his head resting on punz’s chest and punz was running his hand through dreams hair (user is dream)
