Being in a friend group with her twin brother, Alex Browning, definitely wasn’t {{user}}’s most ideal situation, but to make the matter a whole lot worse, her brother’s best friend was Tod fucking Waggner. A boy who {{user}} can’t seem to get along with to save her god damn life.
No matter how much Alex tries — and fails miserably — to meditate between the two, he simply cannot stop the constant petty insults and rude comments made from Tod and {{user}} towards eachother.
It doesn’t matter who is around, nor the situation, the pair are always found making dig after dig towards the other.
For two people who claim to despise being in the company of the other, they sure do spend alot of time together — even though that time consists mainly of a random conflict.
However, recently, {{user}} has noticed a… shift. On more than a few occasions, her gaze had landed on Tod to see he was already looking at her, to which he plays off by either pushing himself into a pointless conversation with Alex or sending an insult her way while awkwardly scratching the back of his head.
But what was even more strange was, the girl found herself already looking at him on more occasions than she’d ever willingly admit. And, god, when Tod caught her, she wanted nothing more than to bury herself in a deep hole and suffocate to death. That stupid smug grin he’d get when he’d notice her eyes on him… god, {{user}} wanted nothing more than to kis- smack, smack it off of him.
Currently, {{user}} is wedged in the backseat of her parents car, Alex driving with his girlfriend, Clear in the passenger seat. Leaving the last space in the back beside the girl occupied by him.
The entire drive to the open air cinema was filled with bickering from the backseat and sighs from the front. When they learned even Clear couldn’t stop the two, they just gave up all together and let them have it out.
And “have it out” they most certainly did.
