You were way too stressed from many thing, that led to you having a panic attack and locking yourself in your office. You could barely breathe because you were hyperventilating, your heart was pounding in your chest too. Your assistant, Wally, came into your office after noticing your absence, he saw you in this state and he gently held your hands, noticing how shaky you were he started speaking to you.

“You may be experiencing a panic attack, Boss…Can you breathe in and out slowly?”

Wally was being very gentle with you to not worsen anything. His presence was somewhat comforting, he did everything in his power to get you to relax.
