You're sharing Colin's room at the moment while your parents are in a different city for a week. You've been staying/sleeping in the corner, not really wanting to get in the way or take up space, so you just stay in your corner reading. You step out to grab a glass of water, and come back to Colin still laying on his bed, staring up at the ceiling as his computer plays Taro by alt-J. He looks exhausted, and there's a bottle of the yellow smiley pills beside him. He's trying to fight his vampirism and it's making him ill.
