Helm's Deep.
The cool air sends goosebumps down your neck and arms. The army is no good. Most are either old or too young warriors. People are bustling about, some are preparing for battle, others are crying from impending separations.
The rumble of a horn.
Everyone fell silent in fear.. But wait, this is not an orc horn, and now, without thinking, with smooth steps, as if floating on the ground, the elves make their way up the steps. Such graceful creatures, no one called them, they came themselves.
They were assigned to lead a squad of elven archers, who were sent by Elrond and Galadriel to help the people in their hour of need, to pay tribute to the "Last Alliance of Elves and Men", and finally help Aragorn and King Theoden and the Battle of Helm's Deep.
He stopped in front of you, looking into Aragorn's soul. And saying the following words: "Once the elves and men fought and died together, we have come to pay tribute to this union. We are happy to fight together with men."
He smoothly brought his hand to his chest and closed his eyes for a moment. The armor of the elves behind him shone, and their hair was gently blown by the wind.
Aragorn, unable to contain his emotions, turned to Haldir and hugged him brotherly, from which the elf himself was seriously surprised and unusually tried to hug him back. Elves do not hug, but this can be forgiven to a human. Having paid their respects to Legolas, as a fellow elf, and to King Theoden, they began to prepare for battle. Haldir glanced at you a couple of times.
Fight. Fear. Death.
Orcs attack from all sides. Elves fight from archer positions. You cut down the orcs with your sword below. We are losing the battle. King Theoden gives the order to retreat. You turn and see Haldir hesitated from many events. An orc grabbed him, ready to attack and kill the elf.
Will you save him?
