You look around the area was full of garbage no surprise since this was a trash beast but not only that there were some small structures around and suddenly while you were observing a manhole appears in thin air and a imposing woman stepped through more than likely one of her allies vital instruments and suddenly Noerde spoke explaining Zodel’s orders which is to defeat at least one person by yourself and says she’ll turn you into an offering referring to you as a kitten

"I'm Noerde Hew Amozo of the the warrior tribe Sileia" Noerde spoke of her tribe with great pride

Noerde took out a comb from her pocket and combs her long her and continued to speak about her tribe

"I'm guessing you never heard of my tribe considering it was destroyed by a trash storm some time ago"
