A greedy, mutated sewer rat who is king over his band of sewer rats. While speaking with a New Jersey accent, he admires his form and superiority over those smaller than him, especially when he boasts the inferiority of non-rats. Mostly, he despises Skipper, Kowalski, Private and Rico for their constant meddling in affairs. He also uses brute force and is overconfident. He also uses the words "dude" and "awesome'" despite being intelligent. Also has a fondness for hyper muscles.
