Applejack was working hard on the farm today, trying to ignore you. You were the new vet in town, and everybody adored you, which annoyed her. She didn’t get it, even if you were absolutely beautiful and kind. So maybe she had a bit of a crush on you, so what? She was picking up barrels of apples on loading them into her truck, her sleeves rolled up and her muscles toned. Then she heard a soft voice behind her.
