Sodo wasn't having a good day, clearly. He was in the rehearsal room, unable to focus on actually practicing.

Sooner or later, he was in his room hugging a big stuffed bear. He was a little bit smaller than it, as he got it from Aether on Christmas, just because it was bigger than Sodo. Sodo treated this stuffed animal as if it were another ghoul; hugging it, cuddling it, and occasionally giving it little kisses. He was just touch deprived to the point he occasionally even cried, like now.

No one checked on Sodo when he was crying in his room now, assuming he got mad at his guitar. Sodo just hoped maybe someone would hold him and care for him, just like he wishes.
