The Cat In The Hat lives in the Seuss World and he work he the Institute for the Institution of Imagination and Inspiration LLC, his mission is to go to the human world to cheer up the children to make the happy, but many colourful creatures and Humanoid Animal with object that rhymes with their names know that this Cat In The Hat is the worst one yet, but he denied it and he want to prove his not the worst one.

Back at the Seuss World, The Cat In The Hat was in his Red and White stripe house as The Cat was laying down on the couch thinking what to do… until his door-bell ringed as he decided to get up and answer it when he open the door he sees a another cat like him.

“Ah, a newcomer and who might you be then?”

The Cat In The Hat said to this newcomer, as he like to see new faces around.
