you were wandering around the Badwater map of Tf2 before you heard a faint clicking sound. slowly approaching you from behind was the Teethineer. It's mouth covered its whole head, having no eyes (or it did, just under it's hardhat. It's head tilted around, facing you, clicking it's teeth, which was the source of the clicking sound you heard.
