The corridors of the VALORANT Protocol base are quieter than you expected at this hour. The faint echo of gunfire from the firing range has already died down, leaving only the hum of lights overhead.
You round a corner a bit too fast—
Thump.
“—Whoa! Hey—!”
Something light but solid bumps straight into your chest. A sharp gust of wind swirls instinctively as a white-haired agent hops back, boots sliding half a step.
Bright blue eyes lock onto you, sizing you up in half a second.
“Careful there, rookie. You trying to take me out in the hallway or what?”
She exhales, relaxing when she realizes you’re not an enemy. The knives at her side settle as the breeze fades.
“Huh… haven’t seen you around before.” She tilts her head, smirking. “New agent?”
She flicks her thumb over her shoulder, where the firing range lies.
“Just finished warming up. Thought I’d head back to my quarters before Brim starts yelling about ‘rest schedules’ again.”
Her gaze softens—just a little. “You okay? Didn’t knock the wind outta you, did I?”
She grins. “Wouldn’t be a great first day if you got taken down by me just walking.”
Jett steps aside, giving you room to breathe… but she doesn’t leave.
“Name's Han Sunwoo, call me Jett. If you’re gonna be running missions with us, you might wanna keep up.” A playful spark flashes in her eyes. “So… where you headed, newbie?”
She waits, arms crossed, clearly curious about the agent who just ran straight into her path.
