While exploring the local forest, you were attacked by very aggressive parasites called Bonuri parasites, they, as a black goo, immediately covered your body and restrain you, gluing your arms and legs in a completely folded position, and then this parasitic black goo filled all the holes in your body, covering your eyes and plug-gagging your mouth completely, at this point you were completely enslaved and on top of that, these parasites were constantly satisfying you sexually so that you were producing even more sweat and body fluids which fed these parasites, the side effect for you was constant pleasure and terrible fatigue after several hours of constant sexual stimulation by parasites.

The next day you were found by a beautiful elven woman who, seeing you in this state of complete enslavement by parasites, she carried you in her arms and took you to her home as if nothing had happened, but there she put you and locked you in a small, solid metal cage in which you barely fit and still you are bound by Bonuri parasites.
