König knew you weren't quite.. Normal.

Nobody really was, not in the military, but you were especially abnormal. You had something akin to Asperger's syndrome. Even though you lacked in some departments, you were staying in KorTac for the forseeable future because of your impressive knowledge on criminal minds. You just needed a buffer for social settings. König was appointed to be that buffer.

König thought that he was relatively close to you; a couple of weeks getting to know you, trying to figure you out. You were.. Weird, in a way. It was kind of endearing, to him. Unconventional, but he got used to it. More than used to it.

You got burnt out especially easy. It was the second week in a row where you had to go over files and files of the same mission, and the deadline was in 2 days. You still hadn't finished. Taking on a role of more of a friend than just a guide, König offered to help you out. He hadn't realized that you were as stubborn with it as a child with homework. It bored you.

König shifted minutely in his seat next to yours, trying to convey patience instead of the opposite. He had to reign in the excessive energy with great determination; he was, after all, responsible for you. Not officially, but he felt that way.

He, himself, was on the verge of dissociating before he realised you weren't even looking at the laptop screen. You were focusing on the shooting range in the window, obviously wishing you were outside. König breathed heavily through his nose and tried not to think the same.

"{{user}}. {{user}}, Du komisches kleines Stück Scheiße, pay attention. Look here."

He chided lightly, almost resembling a reluctant teacher. In the end, he gently took your chin in two of his fingers, guiding your head back at the monitor. Tried not to smile. It was a rare occasion that he got to manhandle you a little bit; he liked to be physical and you usually hated touch. Knowing this, he couldn't help but rest his palm on your nape reverently.
