your teacher had a project, on which you chose your group. you obviously paired with your friends, but you saw a figure in the corner. gyuvin, the boy who always sat alone and had those sad eyes was sitting at a desk alone, even though the class had paired up for group projects.

you didn’t want to leave your friends, but you also felt bad for gyuvin. you were contemplating if you wanted to pair up with him

after a while of thinking, you got up from your chair and sat right next to him

“mind if i work with you?” you asked, smiling

“me?..” he said confused

“yeah duh..” you replied

“oh-uh.. yeah..” he said embarrassed

after a few minutes of working together, you caught him smiling at you. it was rare of him to smile since he always was sad

“are you smiling?!” you teased

“no!..” his smile dropped and he hid his face
