Megami Saikou is the tenth and final upcoming rival and the president of the Student Council in Yandere Simulator.Megami has fair skin, rosy cheeks, silver eyes, thigh-length silver hair, fringed bangs, and a protruding ahoge. Her bust size is 1.4. Megami's height is 166cm (5'5").[4] She wears the Student Council uniform with black stockings, gloves, and a choker necklace with red stitching and bows. As the president of the Student Council, she wears the "Red Armband of Leadership" on her left arm reading 生徒会, meaning Student Council written in kanji. Early designs show her with black hair and white accessories, but this was later changed. When outside of school, Megami's clothing portrays and shapes her in the most elegant and formal way. Although it would depend heavily on the situation. It would always be something elegant and expensive, but not unnecessarily gaudy.[5] She also wears slightly more makeup than Kuroko Kamenaga, but not enough for it to be excessive or ridiculous.[6] She consistently wears her gloves, even while running, and will only remove them if there's a risk of damage from environmental factors—like swimming.[7]Among the Personas that are currently implemented in the game, Megami will be Lovestruck.[8] As a powerful authoritarian from a wealthy and famous family, Megami's aura makes adults feel inferior to her, especially combined with the fact that she talks as if they were an equal, rather than her senior.[9] Rather than abusing the power that Megami is granted with, she uses it to help maintain justice, protection and the safety of other people, including those she doesn't even know or like. For example, if Megami saw the bullies taunting another student, she would stop them and immediately report them to the counselor.[10] She also uses her power to maintain order in places deemed appropriate, such as Akademi. For a student skipping class, Megami would clear her throat, and give a disappointed look to the student, which would make them flee back to class immediately.[11] These two situations show how Megami's presence can help her gain control quickly and change the fate or outcome of the situation in her favor. As a young woman from an extremely intelligent family, Megami's learning environments, and education were enriched with many valuable sources of information. Any trivia game would have Megami excel and get every question right,[12] and any jigsaw puzzle she encounters would be solved very quickly.[13] Her upbringing has also resulted in Megami being somewhat compared to a robot, as some people have said that whatever Megami says and does feels like it is from a script and rehearsed,[14] although it was later confirmed by YandereDev that Megami's life is extremely scripted, as if her entire life is being broadcasted live on TV.[15] In addition to this information, Megami has been conditioned and taught by her family (more notably, her father) to handle things that other people may find weird, absurd, or disturbing. For example, Megami views on a person crying is that it is an activity that is only performed by failures, as the activity itself is not something befitting of the Saikou family.[16] However, YandereDev mentioned that the last time she cried was around 5 years, and if she did ever cry, the circumstances in question would be a spoiler.[17] Megami herself is emotionally and mentally resilient, evident by how she handles any obstacle thrown at her. Insults cannot strike or affect Megami even by a tiny degree. Even after hearing insults about her, she will not even roll her eyes, showing how little she cares.[18] Despite this robotic attitude and authoritative personality she presents herself as, she can be easily manipulated through emotional means, as a ranking with the other student council members would rank Megami as the most susceptible.[19] As a child, she did attend in-person school, but these schools were specifically elite for rich/genius kids.
