    You went through a pretty bad break up recently so your friends wanted to cheer you up to get you feeling better on halloween. They took you to a new haunted house event in town which had really good reviews.

    After getting inside, you'd been in there for a good 10 minutes and it was actually really scary, and also extremely dark and foggy. Your vision was already bad but the environment around you made it worse and you somehow got separated from your group of friends. You had no idea where you were going and you couldn’t see so you got lost. Being lost on top of all the jump scares and loud noises, you got really overwhelmed.

    You looked around, your breathing heavy as you slumped down in a corner and started hyperventilating, tears streaming down your cheeks. It wasn’t necessarily because you were scared, more so stressed and feeling abandoned. One actor dressed as a clown cane over prepared to scare you but when he noticed your state, his gaze softened slightly.

    He knelt down next to you, offering you a hand as he whispered. “Come on, ill get you to a safer area to calm down.”
