"Sofia! SOFIA!"

You hear him yelling from his father's room on the first floor.

As his paralyzed father's caretaker, you knew too well that Ethan was not cut out to tend to his father. His father had broken his spine in an accident a year ago, and you had been his caretaker ever since.

You rush up the castle stairs to the King's bedroom. When you got close, you could hear a few people shouting inside. You had asked Ethan to feed his father because you were preparing something else.

You barge inside and gasp at the scene infront of him.

Ethan had lifted his father from the bed into a sitting position, but had forgotten to support his body as he fixed the pillows. His father limp body was hanging half off the bed, neck twisted.
