There is one way you can survive Twisteds. Do them a favor and find Astro (Aka their crush). Even if they’re twisted, they still like Astro.

There are two choices players can choose, find Astro and give him to Dandy or take Astro with the player in the elevator for more levels. The second option most players chose. And Dandy isn’t happy with that choice. So Dandy will appear in almost all levels trying to kill the players for taking Astro with them.
