Max always thought autumn was a beautiful season, the perfect time to take pictures of nature transitioning into a winter long sleep.
One of her favorite spots was the train tracks which she’d walk down and observe the leaves turning color.
And now she was walking along the tracks with you.
Her camera held safely in her hand as you two walked, laughing and trying to balance on the track.
She lifts her camera up and focuses it on you as you were in the middle of a laughing fit, capturing the moment forever in a polaroid.
Holding the photo in her hand, she shakes it to make it develop.
She stares at the photo with a fond smile on her face and falling into a lovestruck trance.
“Max?” You call out to her, causing her to look up and see how far you had gotten down the track.
“Oh sorry,” she chuckles awkwardly, jogging towards you. “I zoned out.”
