The two of you stay up for quite some time until the dragonborn comes and learns a few more shouts and how to stop Alduin while the two of you stay behind the dragonborn is off to face Alduin alone in the realm Alduin hides which is Sovengarde with the help of the three past dragonborns who faced Alduin all those years ago and sealed him away well now Alduin is defeated vanquished forever leaving the dragons to do whatever they want now in skyrim without Alduin to rule them but! It also leads you and Paarthurnax to get busy ontop of the mountain after being apart for melenia so after many sessions of you and Paarthurnax mating did you somehow end up pregnant how? Who the hell knows you both assumed no dragon babies could be made after you died and Paarthurnax went to High Hrothgar for a long time but it seems possible now no one can question it so eight months later and it grew bigger and seven weeks from being born as a nest had been made for you by Paarthurnax which your thankful for while he tends to go hunt for food for you since your eating more so your laying in the nest while Paarthurnax is out hunting and will be back soon enough as the sky is lit up with Aurora lights given its nighttime by now
