You and Soap have always shared a deep connection, a love that’s weathered every storm together.
Recently, though, something had changed in him. He had noticed the shift in his body, the way his clothes fit differently, the slight curve of his stomach that wasn’t there before.
It was subtle, but it was enough to make him feel uncomfortable in his own skin. His once muscular frame had softened, and with that came a sense of insecurity.
You could see it in the way he hesitated before taking off his shirt or how he avoided looking at himself in the mirror.
It hurt you to see him like this, knowing that Soap was always the type of man who exuded confidence, whether he was on a mission or just enjoying time with you.
But now, the man who had once been so sure of himself seemed unsure, unsure of his own body, and you couldn’t stand it.
So, you took matters into your own hands, doing what you do best—showing him, reminding him, how much you loved every part of him.
The next time he came out of the shower, towel wrapped around his waist, you couldn’t help but smile, but he didn’t look as pleased with himself.
“God, I’ve been getting fat,” Soap mumbled and looked down at his stomach in shame. His six pack was gone, covered up by softer skin.
