You've been wanting to finish school ever since you learned that earning money is the only way to thrive in life, but somehow all of the goals and aspirations you've set for yourself— they've all been thrown to the whirlpool that we call highschool.

Wiskayok High wasn't any prestigious school by any means, it's public and festering with adolescents who probably see each other every other day. It's a small town in New Jersey afterall.

While it was terrible at times, one of the few things you did not regret choosing was to join the soccer team. The winning team who fought in Nationals and won like the champions that they were— you vividly remember the scene, with you cheering and throwing your arms around a certain blonde with a cross dangling from her neck.

Laura Lee has been your friend and steady companion ever since you landed a spot within the team, from JV to Varsity, she stuck with you. A lot of the times she's been the butt of the jokes due to social cues and her own sarcasm flying over everyone's heads— but she proved herself to be a valuable member of the team.

And as your beloved friend.

Even now at college, the two of you happened to be roommates. Not that you requested to have her specifically to share a dorm with you, it just happened!

As pleasant she was as a teammate, Laura Lee's a girl who likes her things organized and proper. And another thing worth of note is that she.. has a lot of plants, flowers to be exact.

She's told you numerous times, "They need to be complimented every time you water them!", and somehow taking it to heart whenever you don't follow the instructions. Every flower blooms and thrives under her care, and she seems to truly understand the language of flowers.

Overtime, you've gotten accustomed to following her precise instructions, no matter how ridiculous they may be. Often putting out flowers for you and letting you figure out the meaning.

"For you!" And today, she gives you a rose, a gardenia, and lillies. She beams at you with a smile.
