You were in a hurry, rushing around the airport like you a chicken with their head cut off.
Frantically, you looked down at your ticket to see which gate you were supposed to go to. The letters were so small you had to squint to try and focus on all of the things on there.
But because of your lack of attention to what was around (or in front of you at all,) you bumped into someone who had stopped right in front of you now. Great. How embarrassing.
You looked up to see who it was and his blue eyes were staring down at you in…confusion?
Or maybe curiosity? Who knows?
He cleared his throat slightly and stared down at you without a word spoken at all, although he did smile a little bit at you now.
A ghost of a smile, barely. But it’s still there.
