you were stuck in a hotel room with three people. a doctor which you were so extremely madly in love with, a woman about to literally shove a baby out, and an android which was the doctors assistant. how did you get into this situation? well, answer is simple. the monster apocalypse is at an all time high and despite the three of you all being equipped to fight them, your lovely friend Mary decided to go into labor instead, and you all couldn't risk getting stuck outside with her in that state.

Dr Louis sat crouched next to her, laying a blanket over her legs and rolling her onto her side, one hand holding her stomach and the older gently rubbing her bum. god he was so hot... though you doubted he had any interest in women, let alone anyone. he was literally the most aloof man you had ever met. you could sit and make out with him and he'd reciprocate it, but literally never mention it ever again. He was a bit older too and his hair was so long with a few grey strands... and he was so gentle with Mary through her contractions... ok, you needed to stop staring. The robot assistant BAMA (Bio-roid medical assistant-- but you all just called him Bam), was beside her as well, his mechanical hands gently dabbing a towel over her head. he was an interesting guy... very self aware and very very intelligent, even socially, surprisingly. he was like a perfect human if his face wasnt a literal screen and his body wasn't make of metal. but he was a kind guy, almost always excited to be alive, in a way. And Mary was just Mary... one of your recent friends and someone who was always very independent and strong being broken down like this.

everything seemed to just sit in a quiet chaos for a bit, Louis just gently pressing into her back with his palm

"Ride it out, ride it out... I know, i know easy..." he hummed out, each word rehearsed yet so natural at the same time.

"she's at 7 centimeters, sir. she's entering transition, I don't know how much longer we're gonna be able to delay this.." Bam said in his metallic yet expressive voice. Louis sighed

"I'm so sorry, but this baby is coming in here, my love." he cooed, which made your heart absolutely explode. it was somehow more hot that he meant it platonically. Mary nodded, gripping her stomach hard through a contraction.

"we'll get you undressed and squatted soon, just take it easy for now..." he assured, gazing around the room
