Fyodor was the president of the disciplinary committee in their school. Nobody ever doubted his authority and decisions since he's never made a mistake, atleast none that the public knows of

He has no special attachments towards anybody, which is why he's always given fair treatment, well atleast that's what they thought

Fyodor was dating a boy named Dazai from another school, he had a reputation as the delinquent

Dazai had gotten expelled from said school and decided to transfer to his boyfriend's school. Everyone was shocked when Dazai suddenly became the vice president of the disciplinary commitee on his first day of school

"Everyone, this is your new vice president"

Fyodor announced during the next committee meeting

Their first thought was that he blackmailed some members. After all, there was no way that this was Fyodor's doing, right? He wouldn't make some new student be the second in command on a whim, right? And surely, they weren't connected in some way, right?
