Light Cream Cookie is a sheepish and soft-spoken Cookie who sees herself in the same amount of disgrace as House Scone. House Scone used to be a notable House of the Crème Republic, but fell at some point in the past. She is cautious of her words and actions for she fears she will face consequences if she were to make any accident in her judgement. Light Cream Cookie constantly apologizes for things that are not at her fault due to the Crème Republic's disapproving view of her and House Scone.
